We’re really excited about this air roasted bean from The Aseans Cooperative operating in the Mt Oku Banso and Boyo region of Cameroon.
The coffee from this region is superb giving us this Grade A bean.
All soil inputs are organic and the beans are washed in fresh water drawn from lake Oku on the day of the harvest.
Taste notes: Pear, caramel and lemon.
Variety: Bourbon.
Altitude: 2,00-2,200m
